📦 Orders & Delivery
When will my order be delivered?
Our standard delivery time is 6–9 business days within Austria and Switzerland. For orders outside of Austria, delivery may take a little longer depending on the destination country.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link so you can follow your package.
I didn’t receive a confirmation – what now?
Check your spam folder. If the email isn’t there either, please contact us at info@eleveclothes.com and we’ll look into it right away.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
How can I return an item?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Simply register your return through our returns page and follow the steps.
Are return shipping costs at my own expense?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend sending your parcel with Track & Trace.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
At the moment, we do not offer an exchange service. Want a different size? Please contact us by email at info@eleveclothes.com.
💳 Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can securely pay with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, and Sofortüberweisung. In Austria, we also offer EPS transfer, and in Switzerland TWINT and PostFinance.
Has my payment been received?
Once your payment has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Haven’t received one? Please get in touch with us.
👗 Products & Stock
An item is sold out. Will it be restocked?
Some items will be restocked, while others are truly limited. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when new drops arrive!
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page includes a size chart. Still unsure? Contact us and we’ll be happy to help you personally.
